History of Sumber Logam
Sumber Logam has established since 1972, began from small workshop located in Jakarta City, we created alumunium houseware products. We did all job order products. With hardworking, we succeed made own design product in 1977 such as singular ashtray, ice box.
First machines we used were all manual, and very low level of efficiency until 1980s, we modernized with semi mechanic machines.
The road to be a modern factory is not simple, we had to face wavy economic situation. In 1977, Indonesia had economic crises, Indonesia Currency was cut from 1000 rupiah to 100 rupiah. Many bussiness collapsed, luckily Ours did not.
Supported by semi advance machines and techniques, we proudly provide the best product to society, to government, to business
Prouduct and Channel
Our products are ranging from East Indonesia to West Indonesia. Thanks to loyal agents and distributors who had supported us until now, Sumber Logam now can go forward to the step of National markets and global market in the future.
Now Sumber Logam has produced products such as houseware, agriculture tools, industrial coal briquette stove, and promotion items.
Brands of Products are Onta Sakti (Camel Brand) and Arcadia.
Onta Sakti products are Alumunium products and Arcadia for stainless and well designed products.
Dedictation
Sumber Logam participating in Energy Conversion programme from Kerosene to Gas (LNG), has made some campaigns to society in Banjarmasin, Pontianak, Jakarta, Bekasi and Bogor in order to use Gas and Coal Briquette as an Energy Alternative. We have helped small industries of beverage and food out of energy crises
